Here to Help

If you are struggling with anxiety or depression, or have come to a crossroad in life where you are feeling troubled or unclear, therapy can be an anchor to help you slow down, reassess and refocus. While the benefits are clear, the decision to pursue psychotherapy, and the effort involved in finding the right therapist and making that first appointment can be intimidating. My primary goal is to provide a safe, empathetic, and warm environment to encourage personal exploration and growth. I help clients find relief from life's challenges related to anxiety, depression, transitions, relationships and work-related stress.
